Direct-to-Garment Printing

Photorealistic full-colour prints on premium blanks. No minimums.

What is DTG Printing?

Direct-to-Garment printing injects ink directly into the fabric using a modified inkjet printer. The result is a soft, breathable print that becomes part of the garment.

Best for full-colour designs with gradients, photographic images, and complex artwork. No setup fees and no minimum order quantities — order as few as one piece.

Frequently Asked Questions

DTG Printing

Average DTG production time is 15–20 business days. Production starts once the invoice is paid in full and all blanks are on hand.
DTG starts at 24 pieces per design.
Yes. We highly recommend samples for designs with complicated artwork or specific color requirements, as DTG reacts differently across garment types.
DTG uses water-based CMYK ink and is ideal for photorealistic prints, gradients, and transparency. Screen printing uses plastisol ink and is better suited for simple, bold designs in high volumes.
DTG uses the CMYK process to produce over 16,000 colors. We recommend switching your graphics software to CMYK color mode to preview how your design will print.
With proper care, DTG prints last as long as screen-printed garments. Turn shirts inside out, machine wash cold, and hang dry. Avoid bleach and harsh detergents.
Front and back torso prints can be up to 16x20". For designs above a hoodie pocket, the maximum height is approximately 10.5".
This is not recommended due to color variance between DTG and screen print inks. For consistency, use one print method per design.
