Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ICY Studios website, products, and services (collectively, the "Services"). By placing an order or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Please notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

2. Custom orders & your artwork

Our products are printed on demand from artwork and design choices you provide. By submitting artwork, text, or other content for printing, you represent and warrant that:

  • You own the content or have all rights, licenses, and permissions necessary to use it;
  • The content does not infringe any third party's intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights; and
  • You authorize ICY to reproduce and print the content to fulfill your order.

You retain ownership of your original artwork. You grant ICY a limited license to use it solely to produce, package, and ship your order, and — unless you tell us otherwise — to display anonymized production samples for quality and portfolio purposes. Legal responsibility for the content of custom orders rests with the person who submits it.

3. Prohibited content

We may decline or cancel any order that contains content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, sexually exploitative, defamatory, or that infringes the rights of others. If we cancel an order for this reason, we will refund amounts paid for the affected items.

4. Pricing & payment

Prices are shown in the currency selected at checkout and may change without notice. Volume discounts, print-method surcharges, shipping, and any applicable taxes are calculated at checkout. Payment is processed by our third-party payment provider; by paying, you authorize the charge for the full order total. Orders are not produced until payment is confirmed.

5. Production, turnaround & shipping

Because each item is made to order, stated turnaround times begin after artwork approval and are estimates, not guarantees. Shipping timelines depend on the carrier and destination. Risk of loss passes to you once the order is handed to the carrier. See our Shipping Policy for details.

6. Returns & refunds

Custom-printed items are produced specifically for you and are generally non-returnable except where there is a defect or error on our part. Our full process, timelines, and exceptions are described in our Return Policy and Print Quality Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms.

7. Intellectual property

The Services, including the ICY name, logo, site design, text, and graphics we create, are owned by ICY Studios and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or reuse them without our written permission.

8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Services and products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. On-screen previews are representations; slight variations in color, placement, and finish are inherent to print production. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ICY Studios will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold ICY Studios harmless from any claims, damages, or costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from content you submit for printing or from your breach of these Terms.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, and the "Updated" date above will reflect the latest revision. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
