Own day-to-day production across DTG, DTF and embroidery — keeping quality high and turnaround fast as we scale.
What you'll do
- Plan and manage the daily production schedule and order queue.
- Lead and support the operator team; set the pace and the standard.
- Run quality control so every order leaves the shop right the first time.
- Keep equipment maintained and the floor running smoothly.
- Track output, turnaround and quality KPIs, and report on them.
- Coordinate closely with sales and fulfillment on timelines.
What we're looking for
- 2+ years in apparel/print production or operations management.
- Hands-on familiarity with DTG and/or DTF printing.
- Strong leadership and a sharp eye for detail.
- Able to work on-site in Houston, TX.
